Who We Are & What We Do
The mediators and attorneys at The Divorce & Mediation Center come from an impressive range of backgrounds and education. Our staff’s diversity lets us find the best solution for getting the best possible outcome for our clients. We come from a variety of disciplines and career paths, ensuring that our approach considers all angles. Basically, whenever a client has a problem, we produce a legal strategy and long-term solutions to address the problem. We won’t rest until each client is completely satisfied.
We’re proud to be a progressive and a forward thinking type of law firm. We mediate all types of disputes and provide legal services for divorce, custody (legal decision making), visitation (parenting time), child support, paternity and grandparent rights cases.
Legal Services. We’re committed to providing excellent service and we approach every client with a focus on integrity, advocacy, and understanding. We find long-term and practical, cost-effective solutions for our clients. You will work directly with the attorneys on staff and receive updates about your case during all stages. You and your attorney will be a team throughout the legal process. On the other hand, if you are simply tired of the process and want to step back, you can be confident that your attorney will work diligently on your behalf.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Services. The Center provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, which are good alternatives to the often lengthy and expensive litigation process. ADR may be used to settle neighbor disputes, breach of contract matters, minor personal injury matters, and issues that arise from divorce and other family law matters.
We Value Diversity. We value diversity and acknowledge that our society is made up of different family structures like blended families, same-sex couples, and families where grandparents parent grandchildren. We respect all of your clients and we are familiar with the additional challenges that non-traditional couples and families may face in our legal system. Rest assured that you will be treated with dignity and respect regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, religion, or sexual-orientation.
